The Chest (1):
Body upright, relaxed left arm on both sides. Wrap the tape measure around the portion of your chest.
The Waist (2):
To find the maximum results, before measuring the waist circumference press your fingers on the right side of the body near the waist, then locate the pelvic bone, its function to find the upper arch. Position the measuring tape horizontally on the spot over the hip bones, then wrap, do not shrink your stomach and stay upright, tape measure should not be pressing the skin of your abdomen. Look at the number where the digits 0 to meet with the last digit waist. That’s the size of your waist.
The Hips (3):
Stand up straight and wrap a tape measure around your hips. Look at the number where the digits 0 meets the latest figures encircling the hips that is the size of your hips.
Outer legs (4):
Measurement of the outer leg is intended to determine the long-leg pants can you wear. Leg to stand upright, the measurement starts from the hips to the soles of your feet.
